About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Designer to assist in the technical and creative development of LED display projects. This role focuses on technical documentation, 3D modeling, and CAD-based design work, with growth opportunities in creative problem-solving and advanced display design. The Junior Designer will be trained remotely by the Australian design team and occasionally travel to Australia for in-person development.

1. Technical Documentation & Drawings

• Create technical drawings and specifications based on 3D models.
• Develop installation and post-installation support documents (e.g., system configurations, and cable layouts).
• Generate wiring diagrams for LED displays, ensuring compatibility with system setup.

2. 3D & CAD-Based Design Work

• Work with Adobe Suite, 3DS Max, and CAD software to model LED displays.
• Produce animation layout guides to assist in content creation.
• Create screen layouts and spec pages based on conceptual artwork.

3. Collaboration & Growth

• Work closely with the Australian design team on revisions and project execution.
• Support the CAD and technical teams with detailed schematics.
• Expand from technical execution into creative problem-solving and display design innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Software Knowledge: Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), 3DS Max, AutoCAD (or similar).
• Technical Skills: Understanding of technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and CAD schematics (training provided).
• Communication: Ability to collaborate with international teams and present design concepts.
• Detail-oriented: Strong focus on accuracy and quality in technical design work.
• Portfolio Submission Preferred: To showcase prior experience in 3D modeling, technical layouts, or animation planning.
