Descripción
- Skilled in cutting, preparing, and packaging various meats.
- Ensures adherence to safety and sanitation regulations.
- Maintains inventory and restocks supplies as needed.
- Provides excellent customer service and advice on meat selection.
- Collaborates with team members to meet production goals.
- Trains and supervises junior staff as required.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Education degree not required; completion of relevant training in butchery is a plus.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a butcher shop or related industry preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in meat cutting, knowledge of various meat types, and understanding of food safety regulations.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, standing for long hours, exposure to cold temperatures.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, strong manual dexterity, ability to work independently and in a team.
