Provide essential operational and analytical support for the Change,Communications, and Capability (C3) function. Transform complex data into actionable insights to measure and drive the success of organizational change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with change managers and business units to define key metrics and reporting needs for change initiatives.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor campaign effectiveness and stakeholder adoption.
• Extract, prepare, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and insights for strategic decision-making.
• Apply data storytelling techniques to clearly communicate progress and outcomes to sponsors and stakeholders.
• Support governance by developing KPI reports, managing workspaces, and fulfilling analytics for the corporate results framework.
• Drive automation of reporting processes and governance tools using Power Platform (Power BI, Automate, Apps).
• Provide user support and guidance on accessing and interpreting analytical reports.

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience Level: At least 6 years of relevant professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or a similar role.
• Skills and Competencies: Advanced SQL proficiency, Power BI expertise, data integration, automation tools, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, banking systems, ETL tools, Power Automate.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Analyze end-user requirements, implement data solutions, and automate processes while collaborating with banking teams.
• Working Conditions: Office-based with occasional remote work; may involve tight deadlines.
