l Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across targeted sectors (e.g., manufacturing, FMCG, retail, agriculture).

l Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including shippers, brokers, and other logistics stakeholders.

l Lead end-to-end sales processes: prospecting, pitch, negotiation, closing, and account onboarding.

l Collaborate with operations team to ensure service alignment with client requirements.

l Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.

l Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

l Prepare proposals, sales reports, and client performance analyses.

l Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

l Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

l At least 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain (FTL or trucking background preferred).

l Strong industry network and knowledge of freight/logistics market dynamics.

l Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

l Self-motivated, with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.

l Tech-savvy and experienced with CRM tools and digital platforms.
