TECNO Mobile is seeking a Fintech Business Manager to lead and expand our smartphone affordability and financing programs in the Philippines. This role will focus on developing partnerships with banks, non-bank financial institutions (NBFCs), and fintech aggregators to drive smartphone sales through innovative installment and financing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead TECNO’s affordability and mobile financing programs in the Philippines.
  • Develop and manage partnerships with NBFCs, banks, fintech companies, and device-locking solution providers.
  • Drive business growth by selling OEM locking and installment solutions to financing partners.
  • Conduct affordability analysis, commercial negotiations, and competitor benchmarking on mobile financing offerings.
  • Generate business planning, forecasting, and execution to grow smartphone sales through affordability programs.
  • Collaborate closely with local sales and marketing teams to increase smartphone adoption.
  • Identify new business opportunities and innovative financing models to improve device affordability.
  • Conduct regular market visits and maintain strong relationships through key account meetings.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or fintech (experience in mobile, telecom, or consumer electronics preferred).
  • Strong understanding of the Philippines mobile phone market.
  • Solid knowledge of mobile phone installment and financing schemes, including interest rates and consumer affordability models.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Metro Manila and nearby regions.

Work Schedule

  • Days: Monday to Friday (five-days a week)
  • Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
