Descripción

  • Conduct thorough research to identify prospective clients across both digital and traditional channels.
  • Create and implement effective outreach strategies using cold emails, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other communication platforms.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations and service pitches to introduce and promote the company's digital marketing solutions to potential clients.
  • Develop strategic connections with influencers, freelancers, and agencies to expand the company’s network and services.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with local and international businesses to attract more clients through collaboration and referrals.
  • Analyze trends in the digital marketing landscape in the Philippines and target markets.
  • Monitor competitor activities to identify market gaps and opportunities.
  • Assist in setting and meeting revenue goals.
  • Develop proposals and pricing strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Collaborate with the internal marketing team to align business development with branding and campaigns.
  • Suggest promotional strategies that could attract potential clients.
  • Maintain and update client data and sales activities.
  • Track and report on pipeline development, conversion rates, and deal status.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Follow up regularly to maintain strong, ongoing relationships and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing business plans, reports, and pitch decks for investors or stakeholders.
  • Participate in strategy sessions with leadership for business growth planning.


Requisito

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in a digital marketing or start-up environment).
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation, deal negotiation, and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Has the ability to create persuasive presentations and proposals.
  • Has a strong research and analytical skills to identify business opportunities and market trends.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Adaptable and open to learning new strategies.
