Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field
• With 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
• Experience dealing with manufacturing, B2B, or industrial sectors is a strong advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Analytical thinker with the ability to identify market trends
• Amenable to attend online or face-to-face interviews
• Can start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry mapping to help identify growth opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to expand business partnerships
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations for client acquisition
• Monitor and track key sales metrics, generate performance reports, and provide insights for future planning
