Salary: 7,000 – 8,000 per month + 7,000 per successful placement

(Equivalent to approx. £100 per month + £100 per placement)

About the Role

We are a UK-based recruitment agency looking for a motivated Business Development Consultant to help us generate new client leads. Your main responsibility will be to contact school, care homes, and healthcare providers in the UK to introduce our staffing services.

You find the leads — we close the placements.

Once a candidate you helped bring in is placed, you earn commission.

• Recruitment
• BPO / Lead Generation
• Appointment Setting

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and build a pipeline of UK childcare and healthcare clients

• Contact potential clients via email, WhatsApp, or phone

• Follow up with warm leads already in our database

• Maintain accurate records of conversations and potential vacancies

• Work closely with the UK team to hand over active leads

• Meet weekly and monthly activity targets

• Build long-term relationships with clients

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)

• Experience in sales, recruitment, or lead generation (preferred)

• Confident and comfortable speaking with UK clients

• Self-motivated and highly reliable

• Good research skills for sourcing new businesses

• Stable internet connection and quiet working environment

Salary & Commission

7,000–8,000 monthly retainer

7,000 commission per successful placement

Uncapped earning potential

Commissions paid immediately once our UK team closes the placement

Top performers typically make 20,000–40,000+ per month depending on activity and placements.
