Research and identify new business prospects and potential market segments.

Develop and implement strategies for entering new markets and diversifying our service/product offerings.

Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, needs, and feedback.

Ensure client satisfaction and continuously strive to exceed client expectations.

Drive sales initiatives and work to achieve or exceed revenue targets.

Develop and present compelling proposals to clients, including contract negotiations and pricing.

Identify and nurture strategic partnerships that will contribute to company growth and expansion.

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform business strategies.

Use insights to adapt business development efforts and improve service offerings.

Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align business development strategies with company objectives.

Provide feedback to product teams on market demands and client needs to shape future offerings.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and business development activities.

Provide regular updates and forecasts to senior leadership on progress toward business goals.


JOB QUALIFICATION

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales

Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Willingness to travel for client meetings


JOB SPECIFICATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

1 to 2 years of proven experience in business development, sales client relationship management
