Job Title: Business Development Representative (BDR)

Department: Sales / Business Development

Client: Hubre.ai

Location: Onsite (Ortigas)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift (PH Time)

Salary Range :

₱30,000 – ₱45,000/month (depending on experience and qualifications)

Incentives and Commission based on qualified appointments and closed deals

Standard Benefits: HMO, 13th Month Pay, Government Mandated Contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), PTO

The Business Development Representative (BDR) will play a critical role in identifying and developing new business opportunities. This role involves researching target accounts, reaching out to potential clients via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn, and qualifying inbound and outbound leads. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and passionate about helping businesses discover intelligent solutions through Hubre.ai.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and social media to generate leads
  • Conduct face to face meeting for the client based in Metro Manila
  • Target client including BPO companies have the document processing and document compliance business.
  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls or demos with senior sales representatives
  • Understand client pain points and business goals to determine potential fit with Hubre.ai solutions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts
  • Research industry trends, competitive landscape, and prospective client profiles
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs for lead generation and conversions

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required)
  • 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or inside sales (SaaS or tech industry preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, LinkedIn, and email automation software
  • High level of professionalism, persistence, and enthusiasm
