Equicom Servces, Inc. is now looking for Business Development Associate who can work on-site.
Graduate of any related business course/degree
With work experience preferably from BPO, RPO, manpower or service-oriented industries.
Strong sales acumen and interest in client engagement and business growth.
Excellent communication (verbal/written) & networking skills.
Good interpersonal skills
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Team Player, strong work ethic with a positive mental attitude
Good Microsoft Office/G-Suite skills like Word (Docs), Outlook (Gmail), PowerPoint (Slides), MS Teams (G Meet) and Excel (Spreadsheet).
Responsible for growing business and market position in the business process outsourcing industry by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business partnerships.
Create new sales opportunities by reaching out to potential clients through research, social media, email correspondence, fieldwork, cold-calling or by contacting inbound leads, as well as by replying to phone calls, emails, and social media messages.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that Leads generated or new opportunities suffice the quality and quantity needed to be successful in your position.
Monitor potential and new accounts being handled by Sales & BD team and immerse in the end-to-end sales process from Lead Generation and Qualification, to Responding to Client Queries, to Solution Definition, to Proposal Creation, to Setting Expectations on Terms, to Negotiations, to Closure, and finally, to Handover to the Operations team.
Regularly update information in the company's customer relationship management (CRM) database/software. This includes account details, such as point of contacts, decision makers, sales history data, and profiles of all sales leads. Administratively, input all relevant sales data in available channels. Provide regular leads and sales reports with the objective of self and team improvement across the Sales Cycle.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients by proactively communicating/attending client meetings, following up on their satisfaction with company services through regular CSAT surveys and addressing inquiries and concerns.
Ensure that client/account/campaign requests are implemented on time, such as, but not limited to, reports, manpower requests, system requirements and updates, etc. or work with other EquiServe employees to ensure quick delivery of services. As the clients’ primary point of contact with the company, a Sales Support professional is responsible for relaying information and coordinating/collaborating with internal teams to solve issues/concerns of clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to further improve sales or build business development related programs and initiatives aligned to the overall success of the company, such as client referral programs, client relationship management programs, selling into X industries initiative, and the likes.
Document and execute strategic plans, then provide tactical inputs.
Exhibit organizational skills to efficiently manage Sales documentations, Contracts, Client details and Sales Pipeline.
Responsible for meeting sales and revenue objectives set by the company on a quarterly and yearly basis.
Performs other functions related, analogous, and pertinent to the preceding enumeration as may be assigned by superiors from time to time.
