Business Development Officer – Visayas & Mindanao

One of the companies under Lopez Group is hiring a Business Development Officer for Visayas and Mindanao (VisMin) to support the expansion of our solar business. This role focuses on acquiring Commercial and Industrial (C&I) customers, creating financial models, and finalizing commercial proposals to drive growth in the region.

Work Set-up: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the growth strategy for the VisMin area.
• Manage the customer pipeline from prospecting to project delivery.
• Assess customer sites and propose optimal technical and financial solutions.
• Build solar ecosystem models to assess regional viability.
• Identify and engage external partners and suppliers in VisMin.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Technical, Legal, Finance) for project delivery.

Key Skills:

• Sales and customer/distributor development
• Financial modeling and investment analysis
• Stakeholder and external partner management
• Strong presentation and public relations skills

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development
• Background in solar energy is preferred
• Experience in financial modeling
• Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholder
