Descripción del trabajo

Responsibilities

  • Help drive sales activities to meet revenue goals
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned accounts or territories
  • Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients
  • Act as a primary contact for clients and ensure their needs are addressed
  • Understand client challenges and recommend suitable ERP or enterprise solutions
  • Conduct product presentations and demos based on client requirements
  • Support the full sales process from initial discussion to deal closure
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and client onboarding
  • Stay informed about market trends and share relevant insights with clients and internal teams
  • Maintain sales records, pipeline updates, and basic forecasting reports


Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales
  • Minimum of 3 years selling SAP or ERP solutions
  • Experience with specific ERP products is required
  • Strong communication skills in English and Filipino
  • Proven ability to build client relationships and manage sales opportunities
  • Customer-focused approach with the ability to understand business needs
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
  • Although this is a remote role, candidates based in Davao are highly preferred as there are plans to establish a physical office in the city in the future
