• Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through personal networking and contacts, marketing initiatives & campaigns, social media, and attending industry events
• Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and close deals to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas.
• Conduct market research to understand gaps, opportunities, and competitor activities in the local Philippine landscape.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3 – 5 years proven sales experience ideally in the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) Industry.
• Excellent communication (English/Filipino), negotiation, presentation, time management, and digital proficiency.
• Self-starter, resilient, target-driven, customer-focused, culturally aware.
• MBA (Sales & Marketing), Engineering Degree.
