Description

We are a growing UK recruitment company specialising in Hospitality, Childcare and Logistics. We’re looking for a committed, driven Business Development Consultant who can confidently generate new clients and help us expand across multiple sectors.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on sales calls, enjoys building relationships, and wants uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Making 15–20 outbound sales calls per hour
• Introducing our recruitment services and identifying hiring needs
• Confirming client rates, terms, and job requirements
• Passing qualified leads to our delivery team to generate placements
• Building long-term relationships with decision-makers
• Maintaining accurate notes and updates on all leads

Requirements

• Experience in sales, BD, or lead generation
• Confident communicator with strong phone presence
• Ability to handle objections and close clients
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and reliable
• Comfortable working remotely and managing your own pipeline
• Knowledge of Hospitality, Childcare, or Logistics is beneficial but not essential

Compensation

£100–£400 per qualified lead, depending on sector, role type, seniority, and number of staff placed. Commission-only to start. After consistent performance, you will transition to a basic salary + commission structure.

Trial Period

All new consultants begin with a 1-week trial to assess call volume, lead quality, communication style, and commitment to the role. Successful completion leads to ongoing work and progression.

Availability

This is a full-time role, and we expect consistent availability: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (UK time).
