We’re hiring Business Development Representative (Remote) to lead outbound sales efforts and help businesses adopt industry-leading Microsoft software solutions. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love connecting with decision-makers, and excel at driving revenue—this role is for you.


What You’ll Do

• Own the entire B2B sales cycle—from prospecting and cold outreach to negotiation and closing.

• Make outbound calls and craft targeted email outreach to generate and qualify leads.

• Present, demo, and sell a wide range of Microsoft solutions (Microsoft 365, Office Home & Business, Windows & Server Products, and more).

• Build strong relationships with IT managers, procurement teams, operations leaders, and other key decision-makers.

• Overcome objections with confidence and tailor value-based pitches to each client’s needs.

• Maintain accurate and organized records in the CRM, ensuring consistent follow-ups and pipeline visibility.

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs in a high-performance environment.


What You Bring

• At least 1 year of outbound B2B sales experience (software/IT sales preferred).

• Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle independently.

• Familiarity with Microsoft products, cloud services, or SaaS solutions.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

• Comfortable working remotely while managing your own pipeline and schedule.

• Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).

• Driven, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong desire to win.


Nice to Have

• Experience selling Microsoft software or working with a Microsoft Partner.

• Familiarity with prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lemlist, etc.

• Background in SaaS, cloud solutions, or IT solution selling.
