The Role

We are seeking a Part-Time Business Development Manager to help drive Cura’s next stage of growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, generating new business, and connecting professionals with solutions that help them succeed.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive new client acquisition.
  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, brokerages, and small business owners.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from outreach to closing.
  • Collaborate with leadership on marketing initiatives and partnerships.
  • Provide regular updates and insights on business development progress.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (real estate or VA/outsourcing background is a plus).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and virtual collaboration platforms.
  • Able to commit to a set part-time schedule (not flexible).
