We are looking for a Sales and Business Development professional with strong experience in managing distributors or dealers. The ideal candidate has handled accounts in industries such as building and construction, industrial business, electrical/civil engineering, manufacturing, mining, or similar. Experience in the appliance, hardware, or DIY industry is required. This role will lead the sales team, manage distributor relationships, and drive growth in the assigned market.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow distributor and dealer accounts.
  • Lead the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Develop sales strategies based on market needs.
  • Monitor performance indicators, including revenue and pipeline progress.
  • Conduct product and sales training for the team and distributors.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Identify new business opportunities and growth areas.
  • Improve sales processes and tools to increase productivity.
  • Ensure product availability through coordination with inventory and logistics.
  • Support programs that strengthen the distributor and dealer network.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proven experience managing distributors or dealers in relevant industries.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
  • Analytical, adaptable, and results-oriented.
