  • Execute the activities in association with CSC and IGO
  • Accountable for defining business growth strategy and execution plan to include KPI and performance measures
  • Accountable for delivering annual budgeted sales and profit (P & L) D/I and Working Capital
  • Clear and compelling Communication style and approach ensuring 2-way motivational communication
  • Work with the leaders in Marketing, Finance and Operations to ensure the necessary information and tools are available to ensure visibility of performance and results\
  • Partner with the Heads of other departments to ensure that key account strategies are aligned and optimised.
  • Responsible for maintaining and improving B2B and B2G customer data accuracy
  • Project manage when needed
  • Other duties commensurate with the level of the post, as determined by the superior
  • Exceed Sales and Profit targets; drive long term, sustainable and profitable growth using our multichannel sales approach, maximize market share and customer base
  • Sales planning and forecasting to deliver the plans and targets (sales and margin) by country/region and by customer to ensure delivery of the agreed Strategy. Partner with Country, Regional and/or international colleagues on defined B2G and B2B customers to grow opportunities.
  • Deliver sales, gain market share and profitable growth across defined market segments against business objectives including delivery of assigned Marketing, Product and Importer/Exporter campaigns and initiatives
  • Contribute to annual budgeting and strategic direction of the business
  • Continually build our understanding of the customer’s business by building strong relationships with existing Accounts customers and developing relationships with new ones in commercial and government sectors to leverage maximum value by customer by Region
  • Travel to customer and prospective customer sites to seek out and negotiate new business opportunities and win contracts.
  • Drive business development projects and/or assist in projects in according to the GTS strategy
  • Manage and execute Business Development activities and collaborate with other Business Development team members to improve and leverage relationships/opportunities
  • Lead the negotiation and evolution of contracts and tenders. Negotiating pricing structures and product needs – in addition, resolve escalated customer queries
  • Competitor and Market Intelligence: Monitors, evaluates and understands the activities and products of the competition.

Requisito

  • Must be a graduate of any 4 or 5-year degree.
  • Must possess 8–10 years of professional experience in the Trade Industry or ATIC Solutions.
  • Preferably with exposure to import/export, customs compliance, and conformity processes from shipping lines, transportation, or logistics sectors.
  • Must have a proven track record in people and account management, operations, sales, and business development.
  • Willing to work in Makati.
