About the Position

As a Business Development Executive, you will be instrumental in driving our client’s business expansion efforts through strategic B2B initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience working with international customers in B2B Sales and Business Development roles, specifically dealing with decision-makers and senior leadership within a Call Center environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B Sales Efforts: Support business growth and expansion by actively engaging in sales initiatives.
• Lead Conversion: Convert leads and prospects into potential business clients through nurturing relationships.
• Engage Decision-Makers: Utilize various tactics to bypass gatekeepers in businesses to engage decision-makers.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain client relationships, identifying future business opportunities and delivering optimal client service.
