KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

• Proficient (basic to intermediate skill level) with desktop applications such as Microsoft Office (VBA is a plus)
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of relational database management systems such as Microsoft SQL Server, Apache Impala, ShowCase Query, MySQL Server, Microsoft Access, IBM DB2, or similar
• Experience with Business Intelligence software such as: Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy, or similar is a plus

• Displays a desire to learn, understand processes, and reach the next level
• Excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal, and time-management skills
• Ability to compose clearly written, concise, and comprehensive documentation
• Ability to work well with team members and leadership
• Logical/critical thinker with goal of translating business requirements into technical strategy
• Basic business skills with an understanding of general financial operations and major goals (in a healthcare environment is a plus)
• Ability to problem solve/troubleshoot technical issues or data anomalies
• Ability to take functional notes and manage tasks in compliance with operating procedures/processes

• 4 year college degree in applicable related field or
• 2-4 years analytics and reporting experience or
• 2-4 years experience in Revenue Cycle Management
• Healthcare experience is a plus
