About the Role:

The IT Business System Analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions within the organization. This role involves analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending technology-based solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

● Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree.

● With at least 6 months of exposure in Life Insurance.

● At least 1 year of experience in business process analysis and documentation.

● At least 1 year of experience in QA or software testing.

● Willing to work onsite in Makati.

● Willing to be engaged on a 6-month project-based contract.
