We’re Hiring: Business Analyst – Fintech App </p>

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for fintech and digital innovation? We’re looking for a Business Analyst to spearhead the launch and development of our new online lending app—from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of the lending ap
p project
• Define business requirements, process flows, and success metrics
• Coordinate with developers, designers, and compliance teams
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Monitor project milestones and ensure alignment with financial and user goals

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in business analysis or project management (fintech or lending industry p
referred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
