DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Elicit requirements for software development. Document, analyze and evaluation

requirements gathered.

• Work out deliverables such as Functional requirements (Business Requirements

Document), Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs.

• Translate technical information into business language to ensure understanding of the

requirements by both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to

analyze information needs and functional requirements.

• Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision

and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.

• Support the project manager and other team members in planning deliverables, scope,

schedule, and other aspects of the project.


MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business

Background/experiences in relevant fields.

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a Senior or Lead

BA role.

• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile

methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

• Proven experience in creating BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Process Flows, Wireframes,

and acceptance criteria.

• Strong analytical and project management skills, including a thorough understanding of

how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and

operational requirements.

• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio, Figma, or

equivalent.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse

group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

• Leadership experience and ownership mindset with strong facilitation and negotiation

skills.

• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities.

• Willingness to travel for business engagements when required.

• Amenable to hybrid work arrangement (3x onsite, 2x WFH weekly)
