Description
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings and facilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Perform routine maintenance, conduct repairs, and ensure all building systems are operational.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or Senior High School equivalent required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in building maintenance.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in electrical systems, troubleshooting, wiring, air conditioning maintenance, escalator and elevator upkeep, lighting fixtures, and generator maintenance.
- Working Conditions: May require working in various environments including indoor and outdoor settings, with potential exposure to hazardous materials.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
