Responsibilities:

• Performing routine and preventive maintenance, installing new equipment, conducting tests, interpreting technical documents, documenting work, and providing technical support and training to users.

Requirements:

• Must have a solid foundation in various technical areas to perform their job effectively.
• Ability to repair and maintain mechanical equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical issues.
• Ability to repair leaks, clogs, and other plumbing issues, knowledge of pipe installation and maintenance.
