Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing all maintenance (Preventive and Curative) operations across the Central Manufacturing Location (CML), 41 Outlets, and the Head Office, as well as leading construction and project managements initiatives. This roles ensures that maintenance services and projects are executed efficiently, meeting quality, safety, and operational standards. The position also drives compliances with ROR and MOR quality systems while optimizing costs and resource utilization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering graduate
• Professional licensure preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in maintenance engineering of facilities management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Expertise in equipment maintenance, HVAC system, civil and architectural repairs, and project management.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software and tools.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willing to work in Aurora Blvd, Mariana, Quezon City.
