• Perform routine preventive maintenance on facilities and equipment (HVAC, lighting, escalators, elevators, etc.).
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Monitor and maintain building systems such as fire alarms, sprinkler systems, and security systems.
• Inspect and maintain common areas, restrooms, and back-of-house areas for cleanliness and functionality.
• Assist with setup and support for events, installations, or mall activities.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or services.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, records, and service reports.
• Follow safety procedures and report any hazardous conditions immediately.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Basic understanding of HVAC and building automation systems (BMS).
• Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy equipment or tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and emergency calls.
• High school diploma or technical certificate (preferred).
