Descripción
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
- Conduct inspections to ensure safety and functionality of facilities.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and tools.
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in residential electrical systems, air conditioning repair, and welding; skilled in using power and hand tools.
- Working Conditions: Work may involve physical labor and exposure to various environments.
- Qualities and Traits: Must be detail-oriented, a problem-solver, and able to work independently or in a team.
