Descripción

Conduct thorough inspection, monitor the operation and ensure the maintenance/repair of all mechanical & electrical equipment. Review maintenance checklists and reports.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness throughout assigned areas.
Handles technical and non-technical aspects of the operations of the property.
Tenant relations and coordination.

Requisito

Candidate must be a B.S. Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering graduate.
Professional license (Mechanical or Electrical Engineer) is an advantage.
At least 2 years working experience in Building Maintenance
Experience in maintenance operation of mechanical & electrical systems/equipment and other maintenance and repair work.
Works well under pressure and capable of multi-tasking.
Willing to be assigned to buildings in Metro Manila.
Can start immediately.
