Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Ownership: Act as the guardian of the brand at the retail level—ensuring every customer touchpoint reflects the brand’s identity and lifestyle promise.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement retail sales strategies aligned with the company’s vision to drive revenue and growth.
  • Retail Operations Leadership: Oversee day-to-day retail operations, ensuring excellent store performance, staff productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • P&L & Marketing Alignment: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create integrated campaigns that translate into in-store success. Manage and drive retail P&L performance.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze sales trends, customer behaviors, and market insights to inform decisions and strategic pivots. Know the story behind the numbers.
  • People Management: Lead and inspire store teams and retail managers through coaching, training, and goal-setting to drive excellence and engagement.
  • Merchandising & Planning: Partner with merchandising to ensure product mix and visual standards align with market needs and seasonal performance.
  • Consumer Insight: Understand the customer intimately—especially the modern woman—and use those insights to create an engaging shopping experience.
  • Store Expansion & Rollouts: Support new store openings and retail expansion initiatives by ensuring operational readiness and brand consistency.
