Oversee daily branch operations and ensure efficient workflow.
Supervise, train, and mentor branch staff to achieve performance goals.

Prepare reports and present progress to management.

Requisito

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of supervisory or relevant experience.
Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, marketing acumen, teamwork, and customer management.
Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment with varied hours including weekends.
