Descripción

Oversee daily branch operations and staff performance.
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Manage branch budgets and financial reporting.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
Train and mentor staff, fostering professional growth.
Maintain compliance with regulations and policies.
Act as the primary liaison between branch and upper management.

Requisito

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, teamwork, inventory management, sales training, and sales management.
Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment involving both individual and team tasks.
