• Oversee branch operations and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Supervise the sales team, monitor daily leads, and track monthly sales quota achievement.
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and alignment meetings to ensure results.
• Lead partner experience specialists to deliver excellent partner service.
• Conduct regular partner visits to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit reports on sales performance, operations, and partner engagement.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Identify issues and implement process improvements for efficiency and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, operations management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in branch operations, sales supervision, or partner management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Skilled in sales monitoring, reporting, and lead management.
• Highly organized, results-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel and flexible with work hours as needed.
