What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls for global clients
• Understand customer needs and recommend relevant products or services
• Upsell and cross-sell offerings to maximize revenue
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the system
• Deliver excellent customer experience in every interaction

Qualifications

• At least 18 months of sales experience (BPO, retail, telecom, insurance, real estate, etc.) / OR ANY NON-BPO SALES EXPERIENCE
• Excellent English communication and persuasion skills
• Target-driven, resilient, and motivated to succeed
• Comfortable with onsite work and rotating shifts
• Open to HS grads, SHS, undergrads, and degree holders
