• A bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering or technology, or a similar field.

• Minimum of 5 years of working experience as a biomedical technician

• Solid technical skills and the ability to repair machinery with meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex information in layman's terms.

• Ability to interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and illustrated parts drawings of medical instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair biomedical equipment in hospitals and laboratories.
• Conduct routine tests and inspections to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Assist in research and development projects involving genetic and cell engineering.
• Provide training and guidance to medical staff on the proper use of biomedical equipment.
• Collaborate with engineers and researchers to improve existing technologies and processes.
