Descripción

Supervise the bidding department
Check and monitor bidding documents for each project
Coordinate with different departments, consultant, and local government units (LGUs) related to bidding
Attend the needs and concerns of other department heads regarding bidding.
Propose developments to improve and streamline the bidding process for effectiveness and efficiency.
Provide reports regarding the result of joined bidding on the same day after bid opening.
Monitor schedule of bidding projects from Pre-bid up to collection.
Monitor and supervise the completeness of all bidding files that have been won.
Monitor bidding projects to ensure all are well-coordinated and submitted on time.
Willing to travel to attend bidding and work overtime in case needed.
Perform any other duties deemed necessary and assigned by Management.

Requisito

Bachelor’s Degree in Pre-Law, Education with a major in English, or a Business related course.
With at least one two (2) years of experience in a supervisory role.
With excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
Must be keen to details and well-organized
With excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
