Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and complete Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), and Security Questionnaires with high accuracy and within tight deadlines.
  • Serve as the primary support for Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) processes.
  • Coordinate daily with Sales teams and various cross-functional partners to gather necessary information for bid responses.
  • Efficiently process and manage Account Executive (AE) requests related to bid proposals.
  • Utilize bid management tools, including Loopio, Microsoft Word, and Adobe, for content management and questionnaire completion.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple time-sensitive requests concurrently, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Maintain high accuracy and consistency in all documentation, even for repetitive tasks.


Qualifications:

  • Experience managing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), and Security Questionnaires.
  • Proficient in using Salesforce; strong experience with Salesforce Case management is highly advantageous.
  • Core expertise in Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) support (majority workload); experience with Requests for Proposals (RFPs) is a plus.
  • Proficient in using bid management tools such as Loopio (RFP/DDQ catalog), Microsoft Word, and Adobe for questionnaire completion and handling.
  • Ability to effectively coordinate with internal stakeholders and process Account Executive (AE) requests efficiently.
  • Strong project management and time management skills; comfortable performing repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to interact daily with Sales and cross-functional partner teams.
  • Exceptional prioritization and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive requests concurrently.
