- Provide beauty treatments including facials, waxing, and manicures.
- Consult with clients to determine their beauty needs and preferences.
- Deliver beauty treatments, consult with clients, maintain hygiene standards, and promote beauty products.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace following hygiene standards.
- Stay updated on beauty trends and product knowledge.
- Promote and sell beauty products and services.
- Build strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Education degree not required; relevant certification in beauty therapy is preferred.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a beauty or salon environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in hair styling, skincare, makeup application, and manicures/pedicures.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced salon environment, requiring standing for extended periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, customer service skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
