- Prepare and serve drinks to customers promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with patrons.
- Mix and garnish beverages according to recipes.
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in hospitality, culinary arts, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of bartending experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, proficiency in latte art and coffee preparation, excellent upselling abilities, and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in crafting cocktails and mocktails is essential.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, managing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Working Conditions: Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, often in a noisy and bustling bar environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Outgoing personality, adaptability, strong work ethic, and a passion for mixology.
