Descripción

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and snacks.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop.
  • Provide excellent customer service and engage with patrons.
  • Operate coffee equipment and ensure quality standards.
  • Manage cash register and handle transactions accurately.
  • Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.


  • Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma is required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a barista or customer service role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, coffee knowledge, and excellent customer service skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare and serve coffee beverages, maintain cleanliness, and engage with customers.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced coffee shop environment, often standing for long periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, flexibility, and a customer-oriented attitude.
