  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and teas.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization.

  • Maintain knowledge of menu items and ingredients.
  • Handle cash transactions and manage the register.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow.
  • Participate in inventory management and restocking.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, proficient in latte art, excellent written and verbal communication, solid coffee knowledge, customer service skills.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor, ability to work under pressure, team player.
