Descripción
- Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
Requisito
- Job Title: Barista
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent customer service, interpersonal skills, coffee knowledge, and effective communication.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare and serve beverages, manage customer orders, ensure cleanliness, and provide exceptional service.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, requires standing for long periods.
