  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and beverages.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and engage with patrons.
  • Manage cash register and handle transactions accurately.
  • Maintain inventory and assist in ordering supplies.
  • Follow health and safety regulations.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, knowledge of coffee types, excellent written and verbal communication, upselling and customer service skills, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare and serve coffee beverages, maintain cleanliness, engage with customers, and manage orders efficiently.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require standing for long periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Consistency, reliability, positive demeanor, and a team-oriented mindset.
