The Barista is responsible for preparing good-quality coffee and beverage products, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized café environment. The role ensures that customers have a pleasant and consistent café experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to standardized recipes.
• Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other café equipment safely.
• Maintain cleanliness of the counter, work area, and dining space.
• Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and supplies; report low stocks.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Support café promotions, new products, and seasonal offerings.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures as assigned.

Qualifications

• Preferably with experience in coffee preparation or customer service (but not required).
• Basic knowledge of coffee brewing is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Trustworthy, punctual, and customer-oriented.

Work Schedule

• Shift-based; may include weekends and holidays.

• Ability to lift items up to 20 lbs (milk, supplies, etc.)
