Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages.
Prepare and serve beverages, maintain cleanliness, and provide exceptional customer experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station.
Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers.
Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
Learn and follow recipes for specialty drinks.
Work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment.

Requisito

Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience in upselling and customer service.
Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment; must be flexible with hours, including weekends and holidays.
Qualities and Traits: Consistent, adaptable, and able to thrive in a team-oriented setting.
