Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, or any related course
• CPA, ACFE, or CRP is a plus
• At least 3–5 years of experience in fraud and risk management, internal control, audit, and/or compliance, preferably with a financial institution
• Experience in financing companies or lending companies preferred
• Amenable to work onsite
• Amenable to attend face-to-face interviews

Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of risk management policies and procedures
• Assist in promoting a risk-aware culture by coordinating with internal departments
• Support fraud detection activities and assist in investigations as needed
• Assist in updating the business continuity plan and conduct periodic reviews
• Perform risk assessment procedures to ensure that all company policies and processes align with regulatory requirements
• Provide guidance to junior staff and support their training under the supervision of the Department Manager
• Participate in the performance monitoring process as delegated
