Role: AU Tax Accountant

Work Arrangement: Work From Office/Home

Location: Pampanga

Schedule: Morning Shift

Responsibilities

• Prepare and lodge income tax returns, BAS, IAS, and financial statements for individuals, companies, trusts, and partnerships.

• Manage a small internal team, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.

• Communicate directly with clients to gather information, respond to queries, and provide general tax and accounting advice.

• Work confidently across Xero and QuickBooks platforms.

• 1–2 years of experience in a small to medium-sized Australian accounting firm.

• Experience managing or mentoring junior staff.

• Strong working knowledge of Xero and QuickBooks.
