We are looking for a Field Technician to provide installation, maintenance, and technical support for ATM and POS systems. This role requires strong technical expertise and excellent troubleshooting skills. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Installation and Maintenance – Set up, configure, and maintain ATM and POS machines. 

2. Technical Support and Problem Resolution – Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly. 

3. Client Interaction – Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns. 

4. Safety and Compliance – Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies. 

5. Documentation and Reporting – Maintain accurate records of work performed and issues resolved. 

6. Inventory Management – Track and manage tools, parts, and equipment. 

Compensation and Benefits: 

- Accident and Life Insurance (Generali) upon deployment. 

- Upon regularization: 

 1. HMO (Intellicare, 90K MBL, no dependents). 

 2. Monthly Rice Allowance – ₱800. 

 3. Monthly Housing Subsidy Allowance – ₱800. 

 4. Sick Leave Credits – 7 days/year (available after 1 year, convertible to cash at year-end). 

 5. Vacation Leave Credits – 7 days/year (available after 1 year, non-cumulative and non-convertible). 

 6. Bereavement Leave – 2 days.

1. A vocational or college-level education is required; a degree in Electronics or a related field is an advantage.

2. 1-2 years of experience in a technical role. 

3. Strong knowledge of systems and related technologies. 

4. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. 

5. Valid driver’s license and personal motorcycle.
