Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Network Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Management, Information Technology, or equivalent.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs troubleshooting of hardware and software
• Serves as frontline support for developers and users
• Documents technical solutions and procedures to solve issues.
• Serves as client, server and device hardware and software support (Linux and Windows)
• Conducts server status monitoring, problem analysis and investigation
• Conducts various technical documentation

Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent customer service
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to be able to effectively coordinate with end-users
• Familiarity with business processes
• Knowledge and experience in configuring and troubleshooting related systems and corporate level of network systems
• Must be able to create, read and interpret data models
• With strong analytical and problem solving skills
• CCNA is an advantage
